The repair tester for CR Injector simulates the outputs of an ECU to drive the solenoid of a common rail injector. The CR injector being tested is fed by a high pressure fuel source of a manual, a pneumatic, or an electrical pump. Such a test device will fulfill the tasks of checking nozzle spray pattern, injector back leakage and solenoid condition.
